Bob Jones University

Greenville, South Carolina

Bob Jones University has demonstrated a history of LGBTQ+ discrimination, including expelling students who come out and banning same-sex relationships and official LGBTQ student groups, and holds a Title IX exemption in order to discriminate against its students on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy or receipt of abortion.

Brigham Young University

Provo, Utah

Brigham Young University has demonstrated a history of LGBTQ+ discrimination, including the abrupt termination of services to transgender clients in its speech and hearing clinic, is cited in the class action lawsuit Hunter v. the U.S. Department of Education for abuses to LGBTQ+ students over the years, and lobbied for allowing discrimination of gay and transgender employees.

California Baptist University

Riverside, California

California Baptist University has demonstrated a history of LGBTQ+ discrimination, including expelling a student for being transgender, and working to dismantle SB 1146, a California bill designed to protect LGBTQ+ students from discrimination at their Christian college or university.
